TRAINING CAMPS

ePerformance training camps provide each athlete with a fun and exciting environment in which to train. They make available the opportunity for everyone to utilize a wide range of resources and knowledge. The goal of every ePerformance training camp is to provide the foundation of skills and knowledge to ensure effective athletic growth for all participants.

While the focus of each ePerformance camp may vary from specific skill and technical development to fitness and endurance training, they are all designed to evaluate and assess the needs and goals of every athlete. The duration of the camps range from 3 to 14 days and are offered to athletes of all levels and abilities as we tailor to athletes racing sprints to those racing Ironmans.
