SIGN UP INSTRUCTION

Step 1

  • Once you have selected the program that suits your needs, please contact us by email at coaching@eperformance.ca or by phone at 011 61 (4) 3044 4350.

Step 2

  • Upon reception of your request, ePerformance will send you a comprehensive Athlete Information Questionnaire. This document is the backbone for the design of your training program. It includes specific questions such as previous training experience, goals, key races, equipment, access to training facilities, and times available for training. This information will better enable us at ePerformance to maximize your training benefits and help you achieve your goals.

Step 3

  • After receiving your completed Athlete Questionnaire, an ePerformance coach will contact you to discuss the training program specifications and the design of your program. A yearly plan with specific training cycles will be developed according to your fitness, race schedule, and goals.

Step 4

  • The design of the first 4 week cycle will be developed according to the training times and access to facilities provided in the Athlete Information Questionnaire. This finalized 4 week cycle will be sent to the athlete or team for approval and continuation. Each new cycle will be sent prior to the completion of the previous cycle.

Step 5

  • Support and follow up is made through weekly feedback emails. Modifications to the training cycles are made accordingly.

* Payment can be made with cheques, credit cards or through Pay Pal upon returning the Athlete Information Questionnaire.
