The Performance Program is designed to offer constant monitoring of training and performance for elite athletes looking to reach specific goals with support every step of the way. It is ideal for athletes looking to achieve a new level of excellence.

The Performance Program is aimed at peaking and tapering for a series of events or specific races. It is the ultimate in personalized coaching.

  • Individualized: each program is designed to match your lifestyle, physiological abilities, and objectives. Personal training intensity profiles are developed through pace, power, and RPE (rate of perceived exertion) for each sport. Heart rate training zones are implemented to effectively monitor workloads in a variety of training environments.
  • Periodized: each program is planned and outlined in accordace to your goal races, training and racing objectives. Volume, intensity, as well as strength and flexibility are elaborated in your yearly plan and reveiwed periodically for adjustments.
  • Goal setting: comprehensive goal setting worksheets are completed and analyzed to help plan achievable short term goals and put long range goals in perspective.
  • Mental Training: training is customized to produce the best performance using cues from specific workouts and competitions.
  • Race Analysis: goal races are analysed through goal race focus plans and pre/post competition analysis.
  • Nutrition: a personal nutritional analysis is completed from the interactive nutrition log in order to take the guessing out of how to optimise performance and recovery.
  • Posted: each program is posted online in two week cycles which include a detailed schedule with daily workouts, weekly goals, and highlighted weekly key workouts.
  • Interactive: each program gives you acces to an interactive training log including daily recovery indicators and nutrition log to allow accurate determination of optimal training state.
  • Upload: data uploads on the interactive log from devices such as Power-Tap, SRM, Polar, Ergomo, Cateye, Computrainer and Timex hardware allow your coach rapid online analysis of specific training sessions.
  • Communication: bi-monthly telephone communication along with unlimited email interaction facilitate review and adjustments in programming.
