The Team Program is designed to offer teams the opportunity to train as a unit with a common purpose or goal. It is developed to aquire specific skills and develop fitness while having
fun and training hard.
The Team Program is a performance oriented program aimed at teams committed to performing at a certain race or series of
races. It is the perfect program for teams and athletes of all ages and abilities.
- Individualized: each program is customized and created
to meet the team's objectives by detailing specific workouts based on the
fitness level, abilities, and distances in which its members compete. Heart rate training zones are implemented and detailed for specific workouts.
- Periodized: each program is planned and outlined in accordace to the team's goal races and training cycles. Volume, intensity, as well as strength, flexibility, nutritional advice and articles are incorporated in the annual plan.
- Goal setting: comprehensive goal setting worksheets help each
individual plan achievable short term goals, while putting long range
objectives in perspective.
- Mental Training and Racing: goal race focus plans allow athletes the ability
to concentrate on specific areas of performance before heading into competition.
- Posted: each program is posted online in four week cycles which include a detailed schedule
with daily workouts, weekly goals, and highlighted weekly key workouts that each member can access.
- Communication: monthly telephone communication and unlimited email interaction between the team leader and the coach allow for an ideal team training environment.

1 sport @ $200.00 USD/4 week Cycle
Duathlon @ $250.00 USD/4 week Cycle
Triathlon @ $300.00 USD/4 week Cycle
* Programs require an initial 16 week commitment.
